What you agree to
In Settings, Make it yours, under Before you send, ticking I agree confirms:
| 1 | I am this child's parent or legal guardian. |
| 2 | Two photos, my child's first name and my email go to Diviners Group, the makers of MIMI (stored on Cloudflare), and the photos to Tripo3D, the service that builds the 3D model. |
| 3 | They are used only to make this character. The photos are deleted 30 days after it is ready; the character stays until I remove it. |
| 4 | I can ask for everything to be deleted at any time: support@mimismartkids.com. |
The photos, name and character are never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models.
How we make sure it is a parent
- Make it yours is behind the grown-ups check, a question a young child cannot answer.
- The consent above must be ticked before the payment button works.
- The payment comes from the parent's Google account through Google Play.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time. We then delete the photos, the name and the character, and the character leaves your phones.
Agreeing also accepts our privacy policy and children's privacy note.
