Playing collects nothing
- No accounts and no login.
- No ads, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics.
- Your child's progress stays on the phone only.
- There is no chat and no way for a child to contact anyone.
Your child can play without any information reaching us.
Make it yours is chosen by an adult
Make it yours turns your child into the app's 3D character. It sits behind the grown-ups check in Settings, and nothing is sent until you have read what is collected, ticked I agree and paid through Google Play. It collects:
- two photos of your child,
- your child's first name,
- your email address, and
- a random device id the app makes, to count your phones.
What happens to the photos
- They go over an encrypted connection to our private storage on Cloudflare.
- We use a photo with Tripo3D, the service that builds the 3D model, only to make your child's character, and delete it there once the model is made.
- We finish the character ourselves and make it available to the phones on your family code, in MIMI Babies and MIMI Smart Kids.
- The photos are deleted 30 days after the character is ready.
What we never do
- We never sell your child's data.
- We never use your child's photos, name or character for advertising or marketing.
- We never use them to train AI models.
- We never show ads or track your child in the apps.
Your rights as a parent
At any time you can see, correct or delete what we hold about your child, and withdraw your consent. In the app you can remove the character from a phone (Settings, Make it yours, Remove the character). For everything else, email us with your family code; we delete within 30 days and confirm.
How long we keep it
- Photos: 30 days after the character is ready, or until a request is cancelled or refunded.
- First name and character: until you remove them or ask us to delete them.
- Payment records: as the law requires, without the photos or the character.
